The CORE E-Rig is a highly adaptable, portable electronic vaporizer designed by Shenzhen Crossing specifically for concentrates and extracts. Operating as a comprehensive, all-in-one system, this device seamlessly bridges the gap between tabletop performance and portable convenience. Catering to both beginners and seasoned extract enthusiasts, it features an integrated water filtration system that ensures smooth vapor delivery. Over its various iterations, from the original 1.0 to the 2.1 model, the device has consistently provided reliable performance through its powerful internal battery and precision temperature controls. By combining robust materials with user-friendly operation, it offers a highly customizable and efficient vaporization experience.
Advanced Heating System
The device utilizes versatile heating architectures depending on the model generation. The original 1.0 kit includes interchangeable setups like a titanium heating chamber or a quartz bucket, while the 2.1 model features a 3D ceramic heating chamber. This V5 rebuildable heater provides direct heat from both the bottom and side walls, ensuring an even distribution of temperature for efficient vaporization.
Battery Power and Charging
Equipped with a high-capacity lithium-ion battery, the power system is designed for extended use. The 1.0 model relies on a 3000mAh battery, while the 2.1 version boasts a 3150mAh battery capacity. Both models utilize a modern USB-C charging port for efficient power delivery. A full charge cycle takes approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes on the 2.1 version, yielding an estimated 21 full sessions per charge.
Precision Controls and Operation
Operating the device is straightforward through its simple one-button operation, which relies on LED indicator lights and haptic feedback alerts to communicate heating status. Users can select from four temperature presets tailored to different material consistencies. Additionally, the unit supports both a manual fire mode and an automated session mode, which runs an 80-second continuous cycle on the 2.1 model.
Water Filtration and Design
Constructed with an isolated vapor pathway, the unit incorporates aluminum, ceramic, and glass components. Every model includes a borosilicate glass bubbler that provides essential water filtration, cooling the vapor prior to inhalation. To protect the electronic housing and insulate the exterior, the flat-sitting base is equipped with a protective silicone sleeve. Airflow is regulated by a specially designed spinner carb cap or directional cap, creating a vortex airflow.
