The GRAV Glass Blunt with Silicone Grommet is a premium, reusable hand pipe designed by Dave Daily as a modern alternative to traditional rolling methods. Operating with a slick slide-style design, this compact piece allows users to easily pack and consume their preferred dry herb. In a significant upgrade, the original heat-shrink tubing has been replaced with a durable, heat-safe silicone grommet. This updated connection provides a tight, airtight seal that simplifies disassembly, cleaning, and reassembly. Measuring approximately 4 inches in length, this pocket-sized device features a heavy-wall borosilicate glass construction, catering to users who seek a durable and highly portable option for everyday use.
Silicone Grommet Connection
The upgraded silicone connection seamlessly joins the two glass components, replacing older heat-shrink tubing. This heat-safe material provides a dependable grip, ensuring the pieces maintain a snug fit even when wet. Because it forms a reliable, airtight seal, the grommet prevents air leaks during use. Furthermore, it allows the entire unit to be pulled apart smoothly, resulting in significantly easier maintenance and cleaning of the borosilicate glass parts.
Slide-Action Ashing Mechanism
Built with an extendable and collapsible mechanism, this piece simplifies the process of clearing spent material. As the dry herb burns, users gently push the inner mouthpiece forward into the main glass barrel to eject the ash out the front. This physical action mimics the experience of a standard rolled product without the need for paper. It ensures the active end remains fresh, offering a consistent and controlled draw throughout the session.
Built-In Glass Pinch
The inner mouthpiece stem incorporates a strategically placed single indented glass pinch. This structural feature functions as a built-in screen and ash catcher, adding an essential layer of filtration. By blocking dry herb particles and hot ash from traveling through the 12mm glass tubing, it keeps debris away from the mouthpiece. This design eliminates the need to purchase disposable metal screens while maintaining a clean and comfortable experience.
Travel-Ready Portability
Measuring exactly 95.5mm in length, this compact piece is specifically designed for convenient transportation. The heavy-wall pocket-sized frame is resilient enough to be carried safely in bags, pockets, or smell-proof pouches. Designed by Dave Daily, the durable construction and secure silicone grip work together to prevent accidental separation while on the move, ensuring the unit is always ready for quick assembly and use wherever it is needed.
