This kit is compatible with heritage desktop models and the Volcano Hybrid when equipped with the matching Solid Valve platform.
Custom Balloon Tubing
The kit supplies users with a Balloon Tube Set consisting of food-safe, heat-resistant PET material. It includes three separate rolls, each measuring 3 meters in length, resulting in a total of 9 meters of material. This bulk tubing configuration allows individuals to cut and customize their balloon sizes according to personal preference, securing them to the valve housing using the included sliprings.
Comprehensive Screen Set
Included in the package is the Normal Screen Set, which serves as the primary filtration system for the filling chamber. It features lower stainless steel screens with a 26 mm diameter and upper screens with a 24 mm diameter that incorporate a central hole. The necessary M2 nut and washer are also provided to secure the upper screen firmly within the chamber assembly.
Essential Sealing Components
Maintaining a closed, airtight system is supported by the included O-Ring Set and additional sliprings. These heat-safe plastic and silicone gaskets are designed to replace worn seals around the balloon support, valve, and filling chamber.
