The Black Leaf Octopus Showerhead Dab Rig is a handcrafted water pipe that functions as both a reliable filtration device and a striking visual centerpiece. Built from 5mm thick borosilicate glass, it features an intricately designed pastel purple octopus situated directly on top of the percolation system. This model is engineered for users who prioritize smooth vapor filtration alongside detailed glass artistry. Standing at 28cm tall, the rig incorporates a wide, flared round base to prevent accidental tipping. The design ensures durability while providing an engaging visual experience during use, making it a functional addition to any glass collection.
Showerhead Percolator System
At the foundation of the filtration process is a premium showerhead percolator. This internal component forces the vapor through multiple small slits, which significantly maximizes water turbulence as you inhale. By breaking the vapor down into smaller bubbles, the percolator effectively cools and filters the draw. This mechanical action results in a consistently smooth and manageable hit every time the piece is used.
Handcrafted Octopus Aesthetic
The central visual element of this rig is a pastel purple glass octopus, completely encased within the clear main chamber. Hand-blown by glass artisans, the figure adds a distinctive character to the piece. The pastel purple colorway is carried throughout the design, with matching color accents carefully applied to the flared base and the mouthpiece, creating a cohesive visual theme from top to bottom.
Carb-Less Airflow Control
This rig is constructed without a standard kickhole, relying entirely on a carb-less airflow design. Users control the clearing process manually by lifting the 18.8mm glass attachment out of the joint. To facilitate this safely, the included glass accessory features a wide, ergonomic lift-off handle. This integrated roll-stop grip ensures a firm hold and protects the user’s fingers from residual heat exposure.
