Out of the box, this system operates seamlessly in both wired and wireless modes, eliminating the need for secondary housings or specialized add-on kits. Designed for dry material enthusiasts seeking versatility, the V2 model incorporates a robust mixed-material housing that combines a titanium inner sleeve with a stainless steel outer shell for optimized heat management. By offering easily interchangeable setups, this convection heater provides an adaptable foundation for reliable, heavy-duty thermal extraction.
Wired and Wireless Flexibility
This thermal extraction system seamlessly transitions between operational styles without additional components. In wireless mode, the housing rests on a docking station and operates optimally between 490°F and 610°F. For users who prefer a constant power connection, the wired configuration is recommended to run between 400°F and 570°F. A brief 15 to 45-second heat soak stabilizes the internal temperature for consistent, reliable performance.
High-Mass Convection Heating
At the core of this device is a thermal mass consisting of 1,000 x 2mm ruby balls, generating approximately 9,500 mm² of heat-exchange surface area. Driven by a 25mm 200W e-nail coil and a Crossing Tech PID Controller, this extensive surface area ensures thorough convection heating. This design facilitates rapid and even thermal extraction, providing a highly efficient process with every draw.
Modular Vapor Path Configurations
Users can fully customize the internal vapor path based on their material preferences. By installing the included quartz insert and laboratory-grade fritted disc, the device provides an all-glass vapor path with calibrated airflow. Alternatively, these quartz components can be removed entirely to run the system as an all-titanium setup, adding structural durability and altering the overall thermal dynamics of the session.
