RAW

The RAW Wide Tips offer a larger alternative to standard crutches, engineered to provide structural support for thicker rolls. Made in Spain from a vegan-friendly mix of hemp and cotton, these tips keep the burning ember further from the face while preventing loose herbal filler from pulling through. Available in both flat perforated booklets and pre-rolled formats, they naturally create a wider air channel for smoother, cooler draws and a highly consistent burn rate during any session.

The RAW Wide Tips provide a premium rolling foundation for users who prefer thicker, more substantial rolls. These expanded crutches are engineered to deliver enhanced structural support, keeping the mouthpiece perfectly intact without flattening or pinching when wet. By extending the distance between the burning ember and the face, they improve safety and overall comfort. Crafted on a modernized antique Fourdrinier paper machine in Alcoy, Spain, these tips consist of unbleached plant fibers, offering a completely vegan and natural composition. The wider footprint naturally creates a substantial air channel, which effectively stops loose herbal filler from pulling through while ensuring cooler, more consistent draws.

Natural Hemp and Cotton Blend

Manufactured from a highly specific mixture of hemp and cotton plant fibers, these unrefined tips maintain the natural integrity of your herbal blends. The materials are entirely free of chlorine, bleach, GMOs, and animal products, securing a 100% vegan-friendly classification. This natural composition ensures that no papery taste or chemical residue interferes with the flavor profile of the roll.

Enhanced Airflow and Stability

The expanded diameter creates a highly stable base that prevents the mouthpiece from collapsing during extended use. This wider profile generates a substantial air channel, resulting in cooler draws and a more consistent burn rate from start to finish. Additionally, the extra length effectively positions the burning ember further away from the user, drastically improving comfort and safety.

Precision Manufacturing Options

Available to suit different user preferences, the tips come in both flat perforated booklets and pre-rolled formats. The flat versions measure roughly 60 mm by 26 mm and feature pre-pressed lines for customized accordion-style inner folds. Alternatively, the pre-rolled editions are cut with the natural grain to retain an exact 8 mm diameter, guaranteeing they will not spring open unexpectedly.
