The Zig-Zag Orange 1 1/4 rolling papers represent over a century of traditional French craftsmanship and reliability in the smoking accessories market. Recognized by their classic retro orange booklet, these papers are designed for users seeking a smooth, slow, and even burn. They are carefully crafted using 100% natural flax plant fibers, which ensures a high-quality, durable structure. The 1 1/4 size, historically known as the Spanish size, holds roughly 25% more material than standard single-wide alternatives. This makes them highly versatile for everyday hand-rolled cones or standard 78mm rolling machines. The papers maintain an uncompromised experience with a reliable, flavorless seal.
Natural Materials and Adhesive
Each rolling paper is manufactured using 100% natural flax plant fibers to create a thin yet highly durable foundation. To secure the roll, the adhesive line utilizes 100% natural gum Arabic, which is sustainably derived from the sap of the African Acacia tree. This natural composition ensures a hermetic, flavorless seal that will not alter or impact the taste of the smoking material.
Optimal Size and Capacity
Measuring at 78mm by 44mm, this dimension is universally recognized as the 1 1/4 size. It is engineered to hold approximately 25% more material than a standard single-wide paper, providing flexibility for different rolling styles. Whether crafting slightly tapered hand-rolled cones or utilizing a standard 78mm rolling machine, this format accommodates a versatile range of user preferences.
Consistent Burn Quality
The papers feature a patented Zig-Zag watermark integrated directly into the flax fibers to maintain structural integrity. This specific watermark design helps to prevent runs and promotes a remarkably even burn from start to finish. Users experience a relaxed, slow burn rate that maximizes efficiency while reducing wasted material during the smoking session.
Eco-Friendly Plant-Based Profile
Aligning with modern sustainability standards, these classic rolling papers are 100% plant-based and vegan. The manufacturing process relies entirely on non-GMO ingredients, ensuring a clean and natural product. Furthermore, the flax fibers and acacia gum make the papers fully biodegradable, reducing environmental impact while delivering an unaltered smoking experience for conscientious consumers.
