The Volcano Hybrid Wear & Tear Set is an official replacement kit manufactured specifically to rebuild and maintain the filling chamber of the desktop device. Over extended periods of regular use, standard soaking and cleaning methods may not be completely sufficient to clear all baked-on residue from screens. Furthermore, silicone seals can gradually lose their elasticity and structural integrity over time. This OEM accessory set provides exact factory-spec replacements to restore original airflow, cleanliness, and chamber sealing. It ensures the device continues to operate with factory specifications without needing a completely new filling chamber assembly.
Filling Chamber Cap Rings
The kit includes four replacement cap rings manufactured from heat-resistant silicone. These specific rings are designed to secure a tight seal on the filling chamber during operation, preventing air and vapor leaks. Replacing worn rings helps maintain the necessary pressure and airflow dynamics, especially after the original parts lose their structural elasticity over time.
Stainless Steel Screen Set
Featuring six individual stainless steel screens, this set provides primary particulate filtration within the chamber. Each screen measures approximately 30 mm in diameter and features a standard regular mesh width. Swapping out older, clogged screens removes baked-on residue that standard cleaning methods might leave behind, ensuring unrestricted airflow through the heating element.
Routine Maintenance Cleaning Brush
Included is a stiff-bristled cleaning brush designed for sweeping the chamber between heating cycles. Routine sweeping clears out debris before it has a chance to permanently adhere to the surfaces or the mesh screens. Using this stiff-bristled brush regularly helps extend the operational lifespan of the stainless steel screens and internal chamber walls.
