One Cup, Two Inserts, Four Preset Temperatures

The Carta was developed primarily for concentrates, but it can also be used with dry herbs, for dual use.

It comes with two inserts – a quartz insert, and a titanium insert – to heat up your material. If you are looking for quick, flavourful hits, go with the quartz insert. The titanium insert, on the other hand, heats up slower than the quartz but retains the heat longer. It is up to you.

Besides, the device offers 4 preset temperature settings – 260°C, 332°C, 410°C and 450°C (500°F, 630°F, 770°F and  842°F) – but you can create your own presets by using the app.

Higher temperatures make cleaning easier as you can burn off any residue.

A Portable Device

Usually, dabbing devices require a lot of power because they need to reach very high temperatures quickly. It is why many e-rigs are connected to the power outlet, leading to a reduction in portability.

That is not the case with the Focus V Carta, as it runs on two removable 18350 batteries, increasing its portability. You may get two extra batteries and swap them whenever you want or use them while plugged in.

Focus V Carta App

The Focus V Carta is Bluetooth-enabled, and you can control it via your smartphone.

A Bluetooth control provides an extension of functionality to any simple vaporizer, like the Pax 3 or the Firefly2+.

The app gives the flexibility to accomplish specific temperature control and provides extra information about the vaporizer or the duration of your sessions.
