The Crafty+ is an upgrade to the OG Crafty with a 30% faster heat-up time and a 20% stronger battery. Outside, the Crafty+ looks similar to the OG despite the cooling fins pattern and the new bright orange name. Made in Germany, the device shares the same brand as the legendary Volcano vaporizer.

The sleekier Crafty+ comes with a better grip and cooling fins that faces upward to dissipate heat more efficiently. The changes in the new Crafty+ don’t seem evident to the naked eye, but for someone fond of the Storz & Bickel products, you know how good they are in making vaporizers.

S&B offers one extra year on top of the two years warranty upon registration on the Storz & Bickel official website. It has three preset temperatures instead of two – you will be ready to vape in no time.

Similar but not the same

First of all, Crafty+ has a bright orange name and delicate, curvy cooling fins to set itself apart from the Crafty OG. Meanwhile, the real thing that sets the two devices apart would be its latest technology, mainly the optimized heating element.

Other than that, the improved electronics and the circuit board to ensure the long life of the Crafty+.

Inner strength

Furthermore, the Crafty+ features an optimized heater that uses a patented combination of convection and conduction heating. It combines the hot air passing through the chamber and heating up of the chamber walls itself for efficient vaporization. With exceptional airflow, you will have an evenly vaporized material and cool vapors.

Make sure you do not pack the chamber too tight; the best thing you can do is use the dosing capsule. With better technology, the Crafty+ reaches the desired temperature in under 60 seconds and can last for 6 to 8 fillings, meaning that it heats faster and lasts longer on a full battery charge than the OG Crafty.

Easy upgrade

The size of both OG Crafty and the Crafty+ is the same, while both can use the same accessories such as a mouthpiece, dosing capsules, cooling unit, drip pads, and so on. Thus, allowing you to upgrade from the OG Crafty to the Crafty+ without hassles and still be able to use the accessories from your old device.

Plus, the Crafty+ is made from a special heat-resistant plastic known as PEEK (PolyEther Ether Ketone); it is a robust material that has a proven track record in medical applications.

Smartphone remote control

Unleash the full potential of the Crafty+ through the Storz & Bickel remote control app. The app gives you the following options:

• Precise temperature control: You may see the current temperature and adjust it between 104°F to 410°F.
• Location function: Your device will vibrate and blinks to help you find it.
• Save previously connected serial numbers: Save all your S&B devices on the app.
• Extend the automatic shutoff time: You can adjust the 2 minutes shut-off that comes with the Crafty+.
• Turn on with one button and automatically heat up to the set temperature.
• Set up your favorite routines.
• Personalize alarm tones.

No app, no problem
Android users can download and use the S&B Remote Control App. Through the app, the user can customize the temperatures from 104°F to 410°F effortlessly. However, Apple decided that vape apps were not their cup of tea and removed all similar apps from the apple store.

While we wait for more people to sign the petition and let it pass, you may use your Crafty+ manually with the preset temperatures as below:

• 356°F
• 383°F
• 410°F

Note: Press the power button thrice for Super-Boost mode that gets you to the maximum temperature of 410°F.
